Herberton is just under 1000 metres of elevation and is usually cool and not humid, a wonderful getaway from the coastal regions.

Herberton Heritage Cottage is truly a step back in time. Enjoy the pre-war architecture and pretty little town set in the rolling hills of the Atherton Tablelands.

All of this is only 1½ hours drive from Cairns, the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. Nick & Annette have over 5 years experience of local knowledge and love sharing their experiences of the Tablelands with their guests.

They can be found happily chatting away about their adventures and are always eager to recommend local attractions and activities.
